VNAT manufactures 155mm High Explosive artillery ammunition to NATO STANAG specifications, including the M107 HE projectile — among the most widely deployed large-calibre artillery shells in the world. Our production capability covers the complete round: projectile body, explosive filling, fuze assembly, and propellant charge integration — all manufactured within India.
Engineered to perform across India’s diverse operational theatres — from high-altitude mountainous terrain to coastal plains — and compatible with all STANAG-compliant artillery systems including the K9 Vajra-T and Dhanush howitzers, VNAT’s 155mm production is a decisive step toward India’s self-sufficiency in large-calibre ammunition.
