Over the course of his career, Pratik has been associated with leading institutions including Aditya Birla Capital, Tata Realty, 360 One, EY, and IIFL. These experiences have equipped him with deep expertise in capital structuring, transaction advisory, and execution of large-scale, capital-intensive projects.
Pratik has played a key role in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) infrastructure initiatives, including BOT road projects, bidding for PPP metro projects, and investments in InvITs. His experience spans the full lifecycle of infrastructure opportunities—from evaluation and structuring to execution and value realization—bringing a disciplined and analytical approach to complex investments.
